AS regards the wording of the confidentiality clause, it should be possible to exercise flexibility and
agree upon a proposal acceptable to both sides, I am happy that your side is prepared to put forward some constructive and useful proposals concerning question of confidentiality. I hope that your Can provide us with your proposals in writing for our consideration before the next meeting.
