Water Supplied to Hong Kong

Radiological Monitoring of Water by the Guangdong side during normal times and exchange of results

Radiological monitoring of the water supplied to Hong Kong during normal times is the responsibility of the Guangdong Environmental Radiological Research and Monitoring Centre. The Centre will carry out sampling on a regular basis in accordance with the normal sampling schedule. The monitoring results with details of the radionuclides monitored and the sampling frequency will be passed onto the Hong Kong side as part of the annual bulletin under Agenda Item 4, "Exchange of Monitoring Data during Normal Times".
