IAEA BOARD OF GOVERNORS 22-24 FEBRUARY
We spoke about the possibility of Dr Timothy Walker, the UK Governor on the Board of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna, raising the question of emergency procedures at Daya Bay with his Chinese counterpart in the margins of the February Board.
