(f) There are two additional points which escaped our notice
before:
(i) On page 1 (title page), where the English reads "the
Swiss Federal Council" the French reads "la Confédération Suisse" (the Swiss Confederation).
(ii) In Article 1(1) et passim, where the English reads
"area" the French reads "territoire" (territory). Is there a particular reason why the English text uses "area"?
