Investment Promotion and Protection Agreement

On 29 October 1992, we handed over the initialled
text of the IPPA with Germany together with an explanatory
paper. We have recently received a request from the German
head of delegation proposing
minor amendments to
Articles 1 (4)6) and 7 (1) of the initialled text, which
are underlined in Annex.
We are of the view that the
suggested amendments will not affect the substance of the
Agreement and are acceptable.
