HONG KONG/SWEDEN INVESTMENT PROTECTION AND PROMOTION AGREEMENT
1. I attach the English and Swedish language versions of the initialled text of the above-mentioned agreement. I would be grateful if you could compare the two versions and let us have your comments. As you can see from Mr Norstrom's letter to Mr Edwards, a couple of amendments are marked in the enclosed text.
2. I would be grateful for a reply by the end of October if possible.
3. As usual, the Hong Kong Government will pay the costs of translation.
