AGREEMENT BETWEEN HONG KONG AND SWITZERLAND ON THE PROMOTION
AND RECIPROCAL PROTECTION OF INVESTMENTS
A comparison of the French and English texts of the above Agreement revealed the following discrepancies, which may or may not be significant. In a number of cases, although the substance did not necessarily differ, the style of the French text was not as good as the "model" French text which LRD Translation Branch has prepared. Such instances are marked
with an asterisk. In some cases also Swiss French may differ from French as spoken in France.
