Subrogation
(1)
If one Contracting Party or its designated agency,
as a result
the
area of
its Own
of a guarantee given for an investment made in
the other Contracting Party, makes payment to
investors, the first mentioned Party or its
designated agency has full rights of subrogation with regard
to the rights and actions of the said investor.
