You asked for comments on Hong Kong telno 534. I suggest the following for Hong Kong.
1.
"Our views at this stage are thất an Order in Council would have effect in Hong Kong law. Theoretically, it would not be necessary to amend Cap. 1 but it would be highly desirable to align the definition in Cap. 1 with the Order for the sake of good order and clarity".
