In
connexion to this, we are uncertain as to whether 'Yugoslavia' should be retained in the Schedule. We note that it still appears in the WIPO list, but we understand that the UK does not regard the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia as the automatic successor state to the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. We should also be grateful for your
comments in this regard.
