HONG KONG: AMENDMENT TO TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE

Please see the attached letter from the Secretary for Trade and Industry, Hong Kong concerning proposed amendments to the Schedule to the Trade Marks Ordinance.
I should be grateful for your comments on the proposed amendments, which appear to be unexceptional.

The letter also seeks our advise on whether or not "Yugoslavia" should be retained in the Schedule and I would also be grateful for your advice on this point.
