I have tried to pursue the outstanding loose ends, but without success. I spoke to Elsa Scaffe (DTI/IPP3), whose personal view was that it was unlikely that many, if any, applications are being received from Bosnia-Herzogovena and Macedonia at present.
I would be grateful for clearance of the attached draft reply which reflects your advice.
