In section 41(5) (use of copyright material for education)
for the words "and television broadcasts" there shall be
substituted the words "television broadcasts and cable
programmes".

In section 42(2)(d) (false attribution of authorship) for
the words "er broadcasts" there shall be substituted the words
"broadcasts or includes in a cable programme"

In section 48(1) (interpretation) after the definition of "building" there shall be inserted the following definition
""cable programme", "cable programme service", "programme",
"sounds", "telecommunication system" and "visual
images" have the meanings assigned to them by section
14A of this Act;".
for section 43(3) there shail be substituted the following
subsections
"(3)
References in this Act to the inclusion of a
programme in a cable programme service are references to its inclusion in such a service by person providing that
service.
(3A) For the purposes of this Act no account shall be
taken of a cable programme service if, and to the extent
that, it is provided for -
(a)
a person providing another such service; or
(b) any organisation specified in the Schedule 1 to
the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 39).
