In section 7(3) (special exceptions as regards libraries
and archives) for the words "causes it to be transmitted to
subscribers to a diffusion service" there shall be substituted
-
the words "includes it in a cable programme".
In section 9 (11) (general exceptions from protection of
artistic works) for the words "television programme which is
caused to be transmitted to subscribers to a diffusion service"
there shall be substituted the words "cable programme".

At the end of section 12 (5) (c) (copyright in sound
Lecordings) there shall be added the words "er including it in
a cable programme".

In section 13 (5) (copyright in cinematograph films) fox
paragraph (d) there shall be substituted the following
paragraph
"(d) including the film in a cable programme".

At the end of section 14(4)(d) and 14 (7) (b) (copyright in
television and sound broadcasts) there shall be added the words
"or including it in a cable programme",

After section 14 (8) there shall be inserted the following
subsection -
"(3A) The copyright in a television broadcast or a
sound broadcast is not infringed by any person who, by the
reception and immediate re-transmission of the broadcast,
