1. Please refer to my minutes of 11 and 12 May on the above subject (copies attached for ease of reference). The Chinese have now confirmed that the September meeting of the Joint Liaison Group will now be held in Peking.

I should therefore be grateful if you would cancel the provisional bookings for the India Office Council Chamber, K123 and the Locarno Conference Rooms for the week beginning 20 September. Could you also confirm that the room bookings I made for the 6-10 December are still ok.
