Further to our telephone conversation of 16 November, I am writing to confirm that Hong Kong Department wish to book the Locarno Conference Room for the morning and afternoon of Monday 6 December.
2. We will not be needing extra phone lines, fax machines or photocopiers in the two delegation rooms (K123 and IOCC) from 7-9 December. However, we would be interested in making use of the new voice enhancement system you spoke of in the Locarno Conference Room from 7-9 December. Maybe this could be set up on the morning of Monday 6, so that the afternoon meeting that day acts as a "trial run"?
3. We will be in contact at a later date to discuss the best layout of the Conference Room and other such details. Please do not hesitate to contact us if any other questions arise.
