1. Further to our telephone conversation today, I am writing to confirm that Mr Simon Page will be arriving from Hong Kong with diplomatic bags at about 6am on Saturday 4 December. He will leave these with Security at FCO Reception for safe-keeping over the weekend.
Hong Kong Department will collect the bags from Reception on the morning of Monday 6 December.
