Upon Michael Sze's urging and with Hugh Davics' agreement, would be sitting in at the forthcoming JLG meeting. Michael See has alerted Nigel Whitney about my coming for him to attend my tire logistival arrangements.
I would like to take up your previous suggestion of calling on FCO Officials during my stay in London. I shall be at your disposal as to whom you think I should sce. Apart from the formal JLG sessions, follow-up meetings and other JLG related engagements, I should he available for any appointments that you may line up for me.
I shall be in London during the weekend before the JLG week and
return to Hong Kong in On evening On Friday, 10 December.
