The Committee notes the details in the Government's report as to various improvements in the application of the Convention. It notes in particular the indication that all workers, including agricultural, are now covered by the legislation applying the Convention, irrespective of their earnings levels. It recalls the modification in respect of Article 1 of the Convention included. in the declaration of application and subsequently amended, and invites the Government now to consider the formal cancellation of that modification.

As regards Article 10, concerning the inspection and supervision of provisions applying the Convention, the Committee recalls that the other modification originally included

originally included in the declaration of application of the Convention no longer applies. It hopes the Government will continue to provide information on the practical application of this Article.
