Article 1. paragraph 5, of the Convention. The Committee notes the information supplied in answer to its previous comments on exemptions from full application of the provisions of Part III of the Convention, which concern clear headroom in crew sleeping rooms (Article 10. paragraph_Z) and the fitting of mosquito screens
screens (Article
(Article 15, paragraph_3). The Committee understands that these exemptions were granted after consultation with the tripartite Subcommittee on Crew Accommodation, set up in 1986. It would none the less be grateful if the Government would provide details of this consultation.
