Allegations of Post-Strike Victimisation
As agreed, I forward herewith the recommendations in our "Review on the Labour Relations System in Hong Kong" arising from the Cathay Pacific labour dispute. Please note that we shall be consulting relevant bodies including the Labour Advisory Board and the LegCo Manpower Panel prior to implementing any changes to the present system. A copy of the press release is also attached for your reference.
