Thank you for your letter of 1 October 1993 enclosing an advance copy of the text of the ILO Committee of Experts' comments on Convention Nos. 92 and 115.
Regarding the Direct Request 1993 for Convention No. 92, Hong Kong is required to "see under United Kingdom" for comments in respect of Articles 5 and 10. I should be grateful if you would provide us with the relevant text referred to so that a complete response to the Direct Request could be prepared.
