I enclose a copy of a self-explanatory minute from Mr Danson in United Nations Department, which asks for reports from Hong Kong under Article 22 of the ILO convention. I would like to draw your attention to the need for these reports to reach here by 23 August. Given that they will probably need to be sent by bag will you be able to complete them by say, 10 August?
