Report for the period 1 July 1986 to 30 June 1990 on the application in Hong Kong of the
LABOUR ADMINISTRATION CONVENTION, 1978 (No.150) which was ratified by the United Kingdcı on 19 March 1980
This convention has been applied to Hong Kong with modification by a declaration registered with the International Labour' Organisation (ILO) on 30 March 1981. The modification is in respect of Article 7(b) in that the scope of labour administration in Hong Kong does not extend to self-employed
workers.
