Report for the period 1 July 1991 to 30 June 1992
on the application in Hong Kong of the
RURAL WORKERS' ORGANISATIONS CONVENTION, 1975 (NO. 141) which was ratified by the United Kingdom on 15 February 1977
This convention has been applied in Hong Kong by a declaration of "applied with modifications" registered by the
by the International Labour Organisation (ILO) on 1 March 1978.
A full
full report was submitted by the Government of Hong Kong in 1991. For the
the period under review, the position has remained unchanged except as follows:
QUESTION I
Replace the last sentence of the first paragraph by the following:
