1997 Annual Meetings in Hong Kong
At a meeting attended by Messrs. Clift, Lang, Forget and Holder
together with Massrs. Chang and Wei, on October 19, 1993, Mr. Zhang made the
following suggestions on the documentation sent to him dated October 15,
1993.
Mr. Chang mada two general comments:
1. On sequencing, ha could not agree that the Memorandum of
Understanding on Sarvices be signed first, but that the three sets of
documents ba signed assencially at the same time.

Mr. Chang suggested the following changes in the draft:
