Meetings of the Boards of Governors of the World Bank Group and the
International Monetary Fund in Hong Kong.

Furthermore, before July 1, 1997, the Hong Kong Government will ensure
that prompt issuance of visas and expeditious clearance of customs will be
accorded to all Governors, Executive Directors, Alternates, members of
committees, representatives, advisors to any of the foregoing persons,
officers and-employees of the Organizations, accredited observers, special
guests, press, and any other category of participants desired by the
Organizations to be present for the Meetings, as well as the accompanying
family members of all the foregoing.
A separate letter is being sent to you providing similar assurances
with regard to the invitation issued to the World Bank Group.
