C. OBLIGATIONS OF THE ORGANIZATIONS

The Organizations shall:
a.
Reimburse the payroll expenses for personnel recruited in accordance with paragraph B.2
above;

Provide minor supplies and equipment which it is agreed cannot or should not be
furnished by the HKMA or as specified in the AMR;
Pay for communications initiated by the Organizations including, without limitation, the actual charges for mail, cables, facsimile and carrier trattic so initiated, as well as for
leased lines between the Organizations in Hong Kong and Washington, D.C. for data and
facsimile traffic;
Pay for social events arranged by the Organizations;
Pay all transportation expenses for the Organizations' shipments to the port of entry into
Hong Kong and from there to destinations outside Hong Kong, and
Be responsible for loss and damage to premises, furniture, equipment, and buildings
placed at their disposal by the HKMA for usc during the Meetings, except when such
loss or damage is normal wear and tear or caused by circumstances beyond the control
of the Organizations or by persons in the employ of the HKMA. The Organizations
