Airport
The HKMA shall use its best efforts to expedite traffic flows between the site of the Meetings and the hotels in which most of the participants will be noused.
Regardless of whether the existing or the new airport will be utilized, the airport must be able to effectively handle the arrival and departure of participants and ensure access and expeditious immigration and customs processing. Although it is understood that space is in short supply at the existing airport, it will be important to provide a suitable special lounge for the Meetings' participants.
5.
Supplies, Furniture, Equipment and Services
The HKMA shall provide, without cost to the Organizations, supplies (AMR Annex 7), fumiture and equipment (AMR Annex 6), technology services, including telephone installations, (AMR_Annex 5), and services required for offices and meeting rooms, in accordance with lists to be supplied by the Organizations. In general, the requirements shall be in accordance with the guidance provided in the AMR. However, models and quantities may be modified as necessitated to meet requirements.

Safety and Health Measures
(a)
The HKMA shall, at its expense:
(
provide expeditious fire and ambulance services for the Meetings;
(ii)
provide a medical room staffed with a physician and qualified nurses from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. each day beginning Monday September 15 through Friday, September 26 or later if required;
(iii)
arrange adequate emergency medical facilities at the International Airport(s) during the periods September 15 to September 27 inclusive.
