Lastly, we note that the latest draft of the Memorandum Provision of Services and Facilities has not taken into a number of textual amendments which we discussed and agreed with Erik Friis when he was in Hong Kong last month. (copy attached for easy reference). I would be grateful if you would bring this to the attention of the Bank/Fund.
