Only Dependent Territories who have ratified the London Amendment (or submitted the relevant data) are asked to look at their applications and submit any they consider might need continued production after 1/1/96 by the end of April 1993 to ESED. DTS should also submit the information set out in Decision IV/25. Enquiries to
to DOE (Ann Godfrey 071 276 8621). Essential uses cannot be submitted on behalf of DTs who have neither ratified the London Amendment nor provided the relevant data.
2. Submission of data
All Dependent Territories who have ratified the original Protocol are reminded that they are required to submit data to ESED on their production, imports and exports of CFCs 11, 12, 113, 114, 115, halons 1211, 1301 and 2402. These data must be submitted on a six monthly basis covering January to June and July to December each year. They should be submitted not more than three months after the end of the period.
