I request you to notify the Secretary General of the United Nations, on the lines of the attached draft, of the wish of the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to extend the Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer to Hong
Kong.
