Following the earlier letter by Mrs. Maria de Lourdes Pintasilgo, Deputy Chairperson of the InterAction Council, I am picased to send you today more detailed information about the arrangements for the eleventh session of the InterAction Council, which will be held from 13 to 16 May 1993 in Shanghai, People's Republic of China.
1. Hotel accommodation:
In Shanghai, you will be accommodated at the Hotel Jin Jiang Tower. The hotel will also be the venue for all working meetings of the Council, while the ceremonial opening meeting will take place in the Garden Hotel.

Upon your arrival at the airport in Shanghai, you will be met and transferred
to the hotel by chauffeur-driven limousine provided by the Government of China.
2. Participation
I would appreciate if you could kindly let me know the name(s) of other person(s) who will accompany you. As you know, the Council will meet the hotel charges for you and one accompanying persons. Reservations for additional persons can be made by the Secretariat at the preferential rate offered to the Council, but such charges will have to be settled by the persons concerned.
