1. I submit a draft PS/PS Number 10 letter, which covers reply from the Prime Minister to Lord Callaghan's letter of 25 June. As requested it also contains a summary of the final statement of the Eleventh session of the Interaction Council, and a record of Lord Callaghan's meeting with Jiang Zemin, both enclosed with Lord Callaghan's letter.
