At the

briefing by the

Immigration Department,

Cheng Shousan asked about the Department's role in

processing politically sensitive visa or entry cases, for

example, the admission of a Taiwanese advocating

independence of Taiwan.

The reply given was that such cases were considered by the Political Adviser and Security

Branch, with the Imm.
