the Chinese Government would assist Us with the organisation of this visit. particular your help would be appreciated in -
a) organising
b)
a programme for the Hong Kong Government delegation for the 10-day visit (covering also excursions when there are no official visits or briefings);
assisting the Hong-Kong Government delegation when it arrives at the Beijing and Shanghai airports;
c) providing an escort for the delegation; and
2)
providing transport, both in Beijing and Changhai, for the delegation's use (both during the day and in the evening).
We will be organising Our own flight and hotel Details will be provided when they are
arrangements.
