ITU Plenipotentiary Conference 1994: Kyoto
Thank you for your facsimile of 7 December 1993.
We are interested in participating, as a member of the UK delegation, in the 1994 Plenipotentiary Conference. I understand that the ITU has recently requested Members to indicate the probable number of participants to the Confereme. I should be grateful if you would reserve one seat for us.
We intend to send two officers who will take turns to attend the Conference.
