He was awarded the title of "honorary citizen of Shantou" in 1991, and "honecary citizen of Guangzhou" in 1992.

Mr Tso is the founder of Wing Sun enterprises and is also among the first batch of ĤK businessmen to invest in China. Born in Shanghai, he followed his father and worked in his tailor shop. He came to HK in the 1950's and started Wing Sun Enterprises in 1964. He opened the HK Weaving Factory in Zhuhai in 1979, which the first investment by a HK businessman in the mainland.

engineering corporation. Mr Chiang had fought the Japanese during the War. He came to HK in 1949 and joined HK Aircraft Engineering Company at the age of 34. Mr Chiang and his friend, Tan Hsong, started a small engineering wo.shop, Chen Hsong Engineering Factory. Soon Mr Tan left because business was bad, and Mr Chiang continued alone. After much hard work, his business started to prosper in the 1980's and became one of the biggest moulding plants in the world.
