Please refer to my minute of 18 May 1993 about the next COOVWP meeting on 24 June 1993 where proposals for representational inward and outward Chiefs of Staff (COS) visits will be discussed.
2.
MOD have produced amended tables, copies attached, giving details of representational visits planned for the financial years 93/94 and 94/95. I also attach blank copies of tables for the 95/96 financial year and would welcome your suggestions for COS visits for this period (MOD have not been able to produce a programme for 95/96).
3. The guidelines mentioned in my earlier minute still stand. MOD have invited comments by COP 7 June. I should be grateful if all addresses would try to meet this new deadline wherever possible.
