As a representative of the Saudi Airlines, which is an "off-line" carrier, we would suggest Mr Tam to make arrangements directly with the airlines concerned to facilitate the handling of passengers he is meeting in future occasions. If the passengers are entitled to use the VIP suite at the airport, Mr Tam can make arrangements direct with the VIP suite staff who will be happy to help".
