You have provided very useful advice earlier on the captioned subject. The information has been made use of by our Census and Statistics Department to update the Hong Kong Imports and Exports Classification List (Harmonized System) for use in 1993. (See Gazette Notice attached).
Our Marine Department has since commented that the Republics of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania should be more appropriately classified under "Western Europe" in the Classification List. Grateful for any guidance you may provide on this matter. A copy of the previous Classification List is also attached for your information.
