To introduce an orderly weeding programme and clear up the back-log in Registry.

To upgrade lay-out and furnishings in the Registry area.

Close contact with HMA to the Quirinale and his staff, and Departments at home; good relations with strategically placed Vatican personalities.
Encourage wider use in Registry and explore other possibilities.
Monitor Vatican media; develop closer contacts with Radio Vatican and Osservatore Romano; keep in mind possible candidates for sponsored visits.
