1. Tom Phillips, currently in Tel Aviv, has been posted to Washington to follow Peter Torry. He expects to leave Tel Aviv in early June and to undertake briefing calls straightaway.
2. NAD will be putting together a programme for him nearer the time, but at this stage it would be helpful if you could let me know whether you would wish to see Mr Phillips and, if so, for how long.
