PROPOSED REGIONAL CONFERENCE OF INFORMATION OFFICERS IN SOUTH-EAST ASIA, FAR EAST AND AUSTRALASIA

We have been considering, with FED, HKD, SEAD and SPD, the idea of holding a regional conference of Information Officers in
The conference Would the areas covered by those Departments. enable us to target our information effort in the region more accurately and to exchange views on Information Department's output. We have successfully held conferences in Prague, Caracas and most recently in Cairo.
