We have been involved there in a humanitarian effort with troops on the ground for a long time now so in terms of the air drops we welcome the American moves towards helping on this humanitarian aid front although I have to say that technically I don't think air drops are the answer at all and it is not a way we would have

thought of of delivering aid.
