Miss Virginia Kamsky was recommended to the Prime Minister by Ronnie Grierson as someone who has been talking to President-Elect Clinton about China/MFN/Hong Kong. Miss Kamsky's biographical details are attached, together with a letter I sent to Stephen Smith about her. She clearly does have very good contacts in Beijing and I think that you and Christopher Hum would find it of interest to talk to her.
