Thank you for your letter and attachments of of 6 August which I have been reading with interest. It will take us a little time to consider the implications of these new proposals and I shall need to consult with our Director in Hong Kong (who is on leave until the end of September) and also our Legal Adviser. This would seem to suggest a reply sometime in October I hope that will be OK.
