I said that on the contrary we were very keen to help him but the Act I was the Act and there was no way in which we could bend it. said I thought we would be very happy indeed to invite the children to apply for the Entrepreneur Class, but could only do so if he had made them entrepreneurs in Hong Kong in a way which might allow them to qualify.
