If one Participant requests

COSTS
(1)

Each Participant will waive all claims for reimbursement
costs on staff, stationery and communication incurred in
the execution of this Cooperative Arrangement.
(2) Unless otherwise agreed, the requesting Participant will
meet all expenses incurred by the requested participant in
cases where the requested Participant makes available its
officers to give evidence in court proceedings in the
requesting Participant's territory. Such expenses include passage, accommodation and allowances.
