(a) the movements and, in particular,

laws of the Participants' territories;
(b) suspect movements of goods notified by the
requesting Participant as giving rise

The results of such observation will be communicated to the
other Participant.
INVESTIGATIONS
Paragraph 11
(1) If one Participant So requests, the requested
Participant will initiate investigation concerning operations
which are or appear to be contrary to the customs laws of the
territories of the Participants. It will communicate the
results of such investigation without delay to the Participant
making the request.
(2) The investigation will be conducted under the laws and
regulations of the territory of the requested Participant and
subject to the limits of its authority and within its available
resources.
